Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy At Low Supply Mom, each virtual consultation is reserved specifically for you. To ensure appointment availability for all families, please review the following policies before booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty with at least **24 hours' notice** before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a $50 late-cancellation fee. Missed Appointments (No-Shows) Clients who do not attend their scheduled consultation and have not provided advance notice may be charged a $75 no-show fee. A consultation will be considered a no-show if the client has not joined the virtual appointment or contacted the provider within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. Refunds For appointments paid in advance: - Cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice: Full refund or complimentary rescheduling. - Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice: Refund of the amount paid, less the $50 late-cancellation fee. - No-show: Refund of the amount paid, less the $75 no-show fee. Fees will not exceed the amount paid for the appointment unless a separate fee was expressly authorized in advance. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, where possible, within 10 business days. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your consultation may need to end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate other appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting the provider, the appointment may be considered a no-show. Illness, Emergencies & Technical Difficulties We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, particularly when caring for a newborn. Cancellation and no-show fees may be waived for illness, emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances at the provider's discretion. If technical difficulties prevent a virtual consultation from taking place, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge or provide a refund when appropriate. If Low Supply Mom must cancel your appointment, you will be offered complimentary rescheduling or a full refund. Consultation Packages Appointments included in a prepaid consultation package are also subject to scheduling and attendance requirements.
