Prenatal consults focus optimizing components of underlying health associated with better lactation outcomes, outlining supportive practices and getting you the tools you need for postpartum. Other support may include education on

: -colostrum harvesting 
-at-breast supplementers 
-galactagogues -promoting positive breast associations
 -transitioning from breast to bottle and back
 -navigating supplementation if medically indicated -donor milk and formula All sessions include free enrollment in the Low Supply Prenatal Planning Course.
